The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer/supplier for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer/supplier then process the orders, which takes an additional 1–5 business days (depending on the manufacturer/supplier).
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturer/supplier to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
It is important to note that because we source our cookie cutters from different suppliers around the world, shipping times will vary between manufacturers/suppliers. The times listed above are an average, and depending on circumstances out of our control (Lunar New Year for example) are subject to change. If your order does not arrive within 45 business days from when you placed it, we would consider this order missing and would be happy to start the refund process.

Please note that although your order may be listed in your local currency, it will be processed in AUD at the current exchange rate.
When ordering outside of Australia, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Crafty Cookie Cutters has no control over these charges, nor can Crafty Cookie Cutters predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive within 35 business days from the date the order was placed. If they arrive after this date and you wish to request a refund, please kindly visit our refunds & returns page.
